The Space

We emphasize on children well being, and one of the main objectives of the building is to be able to offer children their own space. If individual rooms may be difficult, having a maximum of two children per room is a requirement. In many foster house or orphanage in Mexico, it is easy to witness the lack of personal space of unaccompanied children, often sleeping at three in a single bed due to the lack of space.
This children home will not reproduce this pattern and is fully engaged to provide enough personal space for each child. The main house will have subordinated pods, each pod welcoming two children, in order to maximize orphans comfort.
